Life as a first-wave Long Hauler can be tough. After being told I was "too medically complex" for the Long Covid clinic, I knew there had to be a better way to connect and support others like me. That's why I created "A Friend for the Long Haul" – a space to share stories, swap resources (and maybe some funny memes!), and build a community where no one feels alone.  Juggling Long Covid with 4 kids and a fluffy dog named Tempo keeps things interesting, to say the least! But through it all, I'm on a mission to help others navigate this journey without feeing alone.
