Adi is an English Instructor and teacher trainer from Cote d’Ivoire. He has contributed to and led the formation of CoPs in his country. He is a board member of the Cote d'Ivoire local teacher association, CINELTA, and the membership coordinator at Africa ELTA.

Chadia is a Tunisian former Fulbright scholar. She earned her MA in Applied Linguistics from USA and currently pursuing her Doctorate in Online and Distributed Learning, in Canada. She has over 15 years of teaching experience (ESL/ EFL, ESP, Discourse & Culture). She presented her research and held leadership positions, internationally.
