The App is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4. Data Storage and Processing

The App uses Supabase as its database solution for secure data storage and processing. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed by our database providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Account Creation and Authentication

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using:

6. App Store Availability

AFK: Quit Gaming Now is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading the App, you agree to comply with the respective app store's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the app stores' policies or any issues related to your download or use of the App through these platforms.

7. Subscription Information

AFK: Quit Gaming Now offers the following auto-renewable subscription options to access premium features:

7.1. AFK Premium Monthly

• Length: 1 month (renews automatically every month)

• Price: $5.99 USD per month

7.2. AFK Premium Yearly

• Length: 12 months (renews automatically every year)

• Price: $29.99 USD per year 

7.3. Subscription Management

• Payment for all subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase

• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period

7.4. Free Trial Periods

• We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends

7.5. Price Changes

If the price of a subscription increases, we will notify you before charging your account and provide you with an opportunity to change or cancel your subscription in accordance with applicable laws.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Providing accurate information when creating your account and using the App

• Ensuring that any content you input or share through the App complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others

• Not engaging in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the App, its servers, or other users' experience

• Using the App's tracking and goal-setting features honestly and for their intended purpose

• Understanding that media access permission is used solely for saving screenshots and not for accessing your existing media files

Upon account termination:

• Screenshots saved to your device will remain on your device unless you delete them manually

• You will not receive a refund for any unused subscription period unless required by applicable law

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
