Rachel Lott is a proud American Fork High School Alumni that started dancing at the age of 2. She trained at Jazz N’ Place Dance Studio in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballroom, and ballet. While competing with her studio, Rachel received numerous scholarships as well as national titles. She was also a part of the American Fork Dance Company all 3 years she attended AF High School, serving as Dance Company President her senior year (2014-15). After graduating, she continued her dance career up at Utah State as a member of the USU Dance Company before her dancing career sadly ended due to foot issues.

Rachel has found her passion in the Utah drill world ever since her little sister joined the Cavettes back in 2017. She has since been involved with the Cavettes in some capacity for the last 4 years, including having the 2 dances she worked on place 1st and 2nd at the region competition last year!

Rachel is thrilled to take on an even bigger roll with the Cavettes this year as the new assistant coach and can’t wait to see what this year has in store! PROUD TO BE A CAVEMAN!!
