After seeing a huge demand for owning a house in Gurgaon and resolving this issue of residents, the Haryana Government has launched a policy in 2013 which is known as HUDA’s affordable housing policy in which one can get their own house/flat at an affordable price, in which the prices of those flats will be fixed as per the carpet area(CA) and balcony area(BA), doesn’t matter if the project is located in any prime location, or ruler location, the prices will be the same always.
By taking some common amenities into consideration, If we compare any affordable project to a private project then the affordable project is far way better than any other private project in terms of pricing. In any affordable project, the builder does always provides around 50% of the project area as an open area in which there will be green trees and garden area. These affordable projects are really a dream come true for those who want to have loads of amenities/facilities at an affordable price.
In terms of amenities in these affordable projects, one will for sure be getting high tech security in the premises of the project which includes security guards in its gated community along with CCTV surveillance within for the betterment of its resident’s safety, sports area, 24x7 power backup, and water supply, green garden area, lift facility in every tower, fire extinguisher system and many more amenities too.
