As Gurgaon has become an IT hub and many MNC have settled here and because of that the prices of the properties became so high that it seems very difficult.
So after reviewing this scenario, The Indian government decided to launch a scheme for the betterment of the citizens of India. In 2013 Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched and under that affordable housing scheme Gurgaon was launched in the Haryana region.
For a long time, many builders are working endlessly to make this scheme a great success. Builders like Pyramid Infratech, MRG World, Signature Global, ROF Group, Pyramid infrastructure, Pareena Group, Pyramid Infratech Pvt. Ltd., Ocean Seven Builder (OSB), Suncity Group, Zara Group, Shree Vardhman builders, GLS Group, Tulip Groups, Adani Builder and many more.
Under this amazing scheme, the Indian government has fixed some criteria like apartments should be of a pre-defined size, that was made available at pre-defined rates like Rs 4000 per sq ft for the Carpet area and Rs 500 per sq ft for the balcony area this is fixed according to affordable housing Gurgaon.
And the Property possession time is also predefined to 4 years, If any builder is unable to deliver the project in 4 years then that builder will be blacklisted and the government will make sure that construction will be completed as soon as possible and on the other side if any builder completes the construction before time then government provide subsidies to the builder as reward.
Here, the allocation of flats will be done by the lucky draw method. And, draw date and results of the Suncity Avenue 76 will be done in the presence of officials of the DTCP Haryana.
Eligibility criteria for affordable housing:
Applicant should be an Indian Nationality
Applicants should be between 18 + to 70 years of age.
Any individual who does not own any plot/house/apartment in any colony of the HUDA area will be given first preference for buying a home under this scheme.
A successful applicant under this policy is not eligible for allotment of any other flat in another colony. In case, he/she is successful in more than one colony, he/she will have to choose only one flat and all such applicants are required to submit an affidavit to this effect.
