A new page will open as you can see below. You need to enter your personal information: your email that you use regularly, confirm your email, password and then solve the math and click "CREATE MY ACCOUNT"
Your account will be created instantly and you are good to go.
After creating an account you will get a notification like the one below. You can now login to your account and start creating ADs.
