You can join affiliate networks and start promoting lots of brands. ClickBank, for example, allows you to promote all products immediately after signing up, while other affiliate networks require approval from each brand.

Selecting a product or service may take as little as 10 minutes or as much as 1-2 days. Now it's all about how to promote! Marketing is everything.

There are two paths to marketing:

Free Advertising

First, let's see how we can promote affiliate products and services for free.

1. Social Media

Having some followers on Facebook, maybe in Facebook groups, LinkedIn, or Twitter will help you get traffic. You can also promote without having so many followers on social media.

It's important to note that when I say social media, I'm not referring to spamming groups and people, just building connections, giving value, and building trust, and then linking back to your content.

You can grow your channel in two ways.

1. YouTube suggestions: In this case, YouTube will start to suggest your videos on top of other popular ones.

For example, you create a High-Quality Video based on a trending video and optimize the metadata (Title, Thumbnail, Description, and Tags).

Share what you know about your content in forums related to your content and link to your article or page where you are promoting your offer (DO NOT SPAM).

Don't forget Reddit, another great source of free traffic. 

Additionally, Quora Q&A is one of the fastest ways to get traffic. You can do this by answering questions and linking back to your website.

4. Free Ebooks and Course

To get traffic, you can also create small free ebooks and publish them on ebook sites (free-ebooks, Scribed, and many other) or you can create a free course on Udemy, which has millions of students and link to your website.

5.  Email Marketing

Don't forget to build your email lists so you can send your subscribers newsletters, which will be one of the top sources of traffic for your website.

Paid Advertising

For paid advertising, we have several networks and places to advertise, such as:

Each of these would require a 300-page book! I will go over each one briefly, to make sure you are on the right track.

1.Promote Affiliate products with Facebook and Google Ads

Keep these things in mind if you want to promote affiliate products with Facebook or Google Ads:

The first thing you should do is not run ads directly to your affiliate link. The big search engines don't like affiliate links very much, and using them too much could result in their locking down your account.

Your landing page should be placed between the affiliate product page and the ad.

The second thing you should do is make sure that all of your landing pages comply with Facebook and Google guidelines.

Create Your Landing Page

Next, you need to create a landing page. In this page, you pre-sell whatever you're promoting...whether it's pre-launch content or a sales page...and invite them to download it.

This can be a great opportunity for you to grow your list by making these people subscribers to YOUR list and then sending them to the content you are promoting.

Run your Campaign

When you start your campaign, make sure you select the correct audience and narrow down as much as possible to target specific people. Paid Ads can also be retargeted with AD retargeting, which is a great tool.

Start your campaign with low bids and test different Ad sets to determine which is best to scale with.

2. Promote Affiliate products with Native Ads

Native ad networks like Outbrain, Taboola, Mgid, and others are ideal platforms for affiliate marketers. 

The ads on search results (like Google) and social media (like Facebook) differ from those on native networks. why?.

The reason is that scrolling through a social feed, searching for something specific on Google, or browsing a favorite news site (where Native ads appear) are all very different. In the latter case, users are in a state of discovery.
