About ABL

The Affective Biometrics Lab (ABL) is led by Dr. Gloria Washington and is housed at Howard University. Our mission is to perform research related to underserved and marginalized persons that will create technologies that help humans live their best lives! We look at emotion and also at identity recognition and how it can contribute to the greater good of society.
