Registration Fee Payment Guidelines for International Participants

• International participants: On-site registration may be paid by credit card at the venue.

• Please note that the sender should cover any bank transfer fees.

• Upon completion of the registration form, an invoice with bank details and information on requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes will be sent to you.

• Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Credit card payments are not accepted.

• Registration deadlines will be applied based on the time of form submission.

• If you need to make any changes to your registration information, please contact us by email.

Registration Fee Payment Guidelines for Domestic/Korean Participants

• Domestic participants: On-site registration will also be processed online on the conference day.

• Participants from Korea may register via the KSMCB section event registration system.

• Please find the posting number "488." The title is "2026 KSMCB 생체리듬분과 국제학술대회 (Asian Forum on Chronobiology 2026)."

• Registration is now open for the Excursion Tour.

• Destination: Gongju, the ancient capital of Baekje, one of the major kingdoms of early Korea, known for its rich cultural heritage and historical significance.

• Time: June 13, 2026, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Tentative Tour Schedule: Departure from Daejeon DCC (9:00 AM) → Gongsanseong Fortress 🔗 → Lunch → Hanok Village 🔗 → Arrival at Daejeon DCC (2:00 PM)

• Fee: Free of charge for all conference participants.
