S. Kesavan is a retired Professor of mathematics from IMSc. He obtained his doctoral degree from the Universite de Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI), France. His research interests are in Partial Differential Equations. He is a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences, India.
E.K. Narayanan is a Professor in the Dept. of Mathematics, IISc. His research interest includes Harmonic analysis on semisimple Group, Harmonic analysis on Heisenberg Groups, Hypergeometric functions related to root systems, Invariant subspaces of various Function spaces, such as the Hardy spaces.
Krishna Maddaly is a Mathematical Physicist working in spectral theory of Schrodinger operators both deterministic and random. He is a physicist by his pre-doctoral training, he moved to Mathematics during his doctoral studies at the Indian Statistical Institute. He was at The Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai before moving to Ashoka. During his post-doctoral work, Krishna worked at the University of California, Irvine and as Bateman Research Instructor at the California Institute of Technology. He spent a year each at the Brown University, Providence and the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru for his Sabbatical. He is in the editorial board of Reviews in Mathematical Physics and a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, Allahabad.
Artem Zvavith is a Professor at Kent State University, Ohio United States, Department of Mathematical Sciences. His areas of research interest are Convex geometry, geometric functional analysis, applications of probability and harmonic analysis. The Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel is where Prof. Artem Zvavith received his doctoral degree. In 2007, he was given a position at Kent State University. He received numerous nominations for NSF grants and other honours, including scholarships from the Ben and Esther Rosenbloom Foundation and the John F. Kennedy Memorial Fund.
Rafikul Alam is a Professor in the Dept. of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati. Dr. Rafikul Alam received his Ph.D from IIT Bombay in 1996. He was awarded BOYSCAST Fellowship in 2003 by the DST, Govt. of India. His research interest includes Perturbation theory for linear operators, Structured perturbation theory for matrices, Nonlinear eigenvalue problems, Multiparameter eigenvalue problems.
Joydeep Dutta is a Professor in the Department of Economic Sciences, IIT Kanpur. His research interest primarily involves convex optimization, variational inequalities, bilevel programming and applications of optimization in Economics. He has collaborated with famous mathematicians across the world, including Alexander M. Rubinov, Jonathan M. Borwein. He joined IIT Kanpur in December 2002. Before joining IIT Kanpur, he was a faculty at IIT Kharagpur. He is a co-author of several books on optimization theory such as 'Principles of Optimization Theory' and 'Optimality Conditions in Convex Optimization: A Finite Dimensional View'.
Jaydeb Sarkar is a Professor of Mathematics at ISI Bangalore. His research interest includes operator theory and more specifically multivariable operator theory. He was awarded the Martin Foster Gold Medal by IISc, Bangalore and Nasi Scopus Young Scientist Award by Elsevier and the National Academy of Sciences. He joined ISI, Bangalore in 2011.
Kallol Paul is a Professor of Mathematics at Jadavpur University. His area of research is Operator Theory in Functional Analysis. Currently, he is actively involved in research in areas involving numerical radius inequalities, Birkhoff-James orthogonality, and its applications. He joined Jadavpur University in 2005.
