Ms. Kanika Kiran received the prestigious Bilateral Scholarship of the Republic of Slovenia (2025–2026). She will join the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, as a visiting researcher (March–August 2026), advancing her Ph.D. work.
Dr. Palak Saket has been awarded the International Travel Support (ITS) by Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) to attend and present her research at the 7th IWA International Conference on Ecotechnologies for Wastewater Treatment (ecoSTP2025), to be held in Stockholm, Sweden from 23rd to 26th June 2025.

Prof. Kiran Bala served as the Co-Convenor of India's first microplastics conference, MPrism, which was organized by IISER Kolkata and IIT Indore jointly. The conference took place at IISER Kolkata from 15-16 February 2025, with Dr. Gopala Krishna Darbha serving as a Convenor.
