By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application ("App") published under this developer account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
The Apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly stated otherwise.
By using the Apps, you agree to:
Use the Apps only for lawful purposes.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or their services.
Not use the Apps in any way that could damage, disrupt, or impair their functionality or the experience of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Apps if these Terms are violated.
Some Apps may offer premium features through one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, and available plans are displayed before you complete your purchase and may vary by App, country, or region.
You may manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Where offered, free trial periods are available only under the conditions presented at the time of the offer.
Unless canceled before the trial period ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the selected plan.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased, where permitted by applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Apps at any time, including:
Features and functionality
User interface
Pricing and subscription plans
Content and availability
Compatibility with devices or operating systems
Updates may be provided to improve security, performance, reliability, user experience, or to comply with legal or App Store requirements.
All rights, title, and interest in the Apps, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, content, and other intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of the developer or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms.
The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Apps will:
Operate without interruption or errors.
Always be available.
Be free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.
Meet every user's expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Device malfunction
Service outages
Any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Apps
Your use of the Apps is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any App, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time.
Any updates become effective when published within the App or otherwise made available. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which they are enforced, without regard to conflict of law principles.
