1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Stadiem, a mobile application provided by Aether Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Stadiem.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

To use Stadiem, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions provided within the app. Deleting your account will remove your profile, personal data, and any content you have uploaded or interacted with from our servers, subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Public Chat

3.1 Participation in Public Chat

Stadiem offers a public chat feature where users can communicate with each other. By participating in the public chat, you agree to:

• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

• Respect other users and refrain from posting any content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.

• Avoid spamming, advertising, or promoting external services without prior consent.

3.2 Monitoring and Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content from the public chat that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the public chat or the entire app if you violate these Terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of Stadiem is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Stadiem are the property of Aether Technologies LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Stadiem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of Stadiem after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
