Legends of Aestera ("Uygulama"), schwerttr ("Geliştirici") tarafından geliştirilen bağımsız bir 2D platform oyunudur. Bu gizlilik politikası, Uygulama’nın hangi bilgileri işlediğini, bu bilgilerin nasıl saklandığını ve hangi durumlarda kullanıldığını açıklar.
Uygulama, yalnızca oyuncunun deneyimini geliştirmek amacıyla bazı verileri toplar. Ancak bu veriler kişisel veya hassas kullanıcı bilgileri değildir. Toplanan bilgiler şunlardır:
Oyun İlerlemesi: Oyuncunun tamamladığı bölümler ve kazandığı puanlar gibi bilgiler cihazda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler yalnızca oyuncunun oyunu kaldığı yerden devam ettirmesini sağlamak için kullanılır. Hiçbir şekilde geliştiriciye veya üçüncü şahıslara gönderilmez.
Ses Ayarları: Müzik ve efekt ses seviyeleri gibi tercih edilen ayarlar cihazda yerel olarak tutulur. Oyuncunun ses tercihlerini hatırlamak dışında başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz.
Kullanıcı Tarafından Kaydedilen Ses (Mikrofon): Uygulama, oyuncunun isteğe bağlı olarak kendi sesini kaydederek bazı oyun içi ses efektleriyle değiştirmesine olanak tanır. Bu özellik yalnızca oyuncu "Kaydı Başlat" butonuna tıkladığında etkinleşir. Kaydedilen ses verileri yalnızca cihaz üzerinde tutulur, geliştiriciye gönderilmez ve ağ üzerinden aktarılmaz. Oyuncu dilediğinde bu veriyi silebilir veya kullanmaktan vazgeçebilir.
Uygulama ad, soyad, telefon numarası, konum, IP adresi, e-posta gibi hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki izni kullanabilir:
Mikrofon Erişimi (RECORD_AUDIO): Sadece oyuncu aktif olarak kayıt başlatmak isterse kullanılır. Ses kaydı cihazda kalır, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Bunun dışında uygulama başka hiçbir tehlikeli izin (kamera, kişi listesi, konum vb.) talep etmez.
Uygulama, herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hizmeti (örneğin reklam ağları, analiz araçları, bulut servisleri) kullanmaz. Bu nedenle oyuncu verileri başka sistemlere aktarılmaz veya analiz edilmez.
Bu uygulama 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcıları hedeflemez. Ancak çocuklar tarafından kullanılması durumunda, özellikle ses kaydı özelliğinin ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanılması tavsiye edilir. Uygulama çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Toplanan veriler cihaz belleğinde yerel olarak saklanır ve internet bağlantısı üzerinden hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Bu durum, verilerin dış tehditlere karşı daha güvenli bir ortamda tutulduğu anlamına gelir. Oyuncu dilediğinde bu verileri cihazından silebilir.
Bu gizlilik politikası, geliştirici tarafından zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Yeni sürümler bu sayfada yayımlanacak ve yayımlandığı anda geçerli olacaktır. Geliştirici, oyunculara mümkün olduğunca açık ve anlaşılır bilgiler sunmayı hedefler.

Legends of Aestera ("the App") is an independent 2D platform game developed by schwerttr ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is stored, and how it may be used.
The App collects only a minimal set of data necessary to enhance the gameplay experience. None of the data collected is personal or sensitive. The data includes:
Game Progress: Levels completed and scores earned by the player are stored locally on the device. This allows the user to continue their game progress. These records are never sent to the developer or shared externally.
Audio Settings: Preferences such as music and sound effect volumes are stored locally. This ensures a consistent audio experience between sessions.
User-Recorded Audio (Microphone): The App offers an optional feature that allows players to record their own voice and use it for sound effects within the game. This feature only activates when the player presses the "Start Recording" button. The recorded audio remains on the device, is not uploaded, and can be deleted by the user at any time.
The App does not collect any personal data such as name, email address, location, IP address, or contacts.
The App may request the following permission:
Microphone Access (RECORD_AUDIO): This is used only when the player voluntarily chooses to record audio. All recordings stay on the local device and are not transmitted anywhere.
The App does not request any other dangerous permissions like access to the camera, contacts, or location.
The App does not use any third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics tools, or cloud storage systems. Therefore, no player data is shared with or processed by any third party.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If used by younger players, the voice-recording feature should be supervised by a parent or guardian. The App does not knowingly collect data from children.
All data is stored offline on the user’s device. No data is transmitted over the internet, which minimizes the risk of interception or data leaks. The user has full control and may delete data from their device at any time.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. The Developer is committed to maintaining clear and transparent information about user data.
