Piet Kruijsse built the AeroSudoku app as a Freemium app. This service is provided by Piet Kruijsse at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this Service.

If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We do not collect any personal data, and any information stored on your device is kept strictly private.

1. Information Collection and Use

AeroSudoku does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. 

- Game Progress: Any data related to your game progress, settings, and saved games is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a puzzle code.

- Device State: We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or location.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscription Data

AeroSudoku offers optional In-App Purchases (Pro features) managed through RevenueCat and Apple's StoreKit. 

- We do not collect or store any financial or billing information. All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

- RevenueCat processes transaction status anonymously to unlock the Pro features in the app. No personal identity is linked to this process.

3. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. AeroSudoku does not use cookies.

4. Service Providers

We do not employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, except for the anonymous processing of In-App purchases via RevenueCat.

5. Security

We value your trust in using our App, and since no personal data is collected or transmitted, your privacy is fully protected by design.

6. Links to Other Sites

This Service does not contain links to other sites, except for sharing puzzle codes or support. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us.

7. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
