While this airline is new, there are currently three positions with unlimited vacancy.
Pilots
The pilot role is divided into groups of Part-Time and Full-Time. Pilots with these roles in the server will have the pilot role in-game.
A Full-Time Pilot characterizes a pilot that mainly flies the US Airways colors. A full-time pilot is a pilot fully committed to service in the airline and does jobs professionally in the US Airways Group.
A Part-Time Pilot is a just as respectable position that characterizes a pilot that does not fly the US Airways colors or do commercial services actively, but participates in the US Airways Group. The part-time pilot flies less often in US Airways colors than they do in any other colors.
Recruiter
Being a recruiter requires a good understanding of the airline and its function as well as basic aviation knowledge. A prerequisite to becoming a recruiter requires a full-time commitment to the group as a pilot as well as at least two weeks of membership. A member with the recruiter role will also have this role in-game, thus being able to invite new members directly into the airline. Since this is a privileged position, attaining this requires trust from peers and executives.
Wages
All pilots regardless of their position (part-time or full-time) get a ten percent (10%) bonus in WP and cash from every job they do as a US Airways aircraft. If a pilot earns 10,000 WP for the airline, they are paid the 10,000 WP and an additional 1,000 WP. All of the money earned by a pilot is rightfully kept by the pilot for their hard work.
