Story
In the heartlands of India, where fields stretch as far as the eye can see and farmers toil under the scorching sun, three visionary aerospace engineers dared to dream of a better future. Priyanshu Mohanty, Piyush Gaur, and Kartikey Tripathi shared a common bond – a deep-rooted desire to make a meaningful difference in the world of agriculture.
It all started with a simple observation – farmers spraying their crops with pesticides and fertilizers, only to incur losses due to skyrocketing prices and the burden of laborious manual work. As the sun beat down on a sweltering March afternoon in 2022, the trio found themselves pondering over this pressing issue, their minds abuzz with ideas and possibilities.
But it wasn't until they stumbled upon the untapped potential of modern drone technology that everything changed. With a shared vision and unwavering determination, Priyanshu, Piyush, and Kartikey embarked on a journey to revolutionize agriculture as we know it. Their journey was not one embarked upon alone – buoyed by the unwavering support of their colleagues, including Shaurya Rai, Manika Bhowmik, Kaushal Malhotra, Soham Sundar Das and Aditya Gupta, the trio forged ahead, fueled by a shared passion for innovation and a commitment to making a difference.
Under the guiding light of their mentor, Ms. Usha Paliath, and with the invaluable support of organizations like IMPunjab Mohali, PABI-PAU Ludhiana, CGC Landran, Startup Odisha and NRRI Cuttack, AeroGens began to take shape. But it was the feedback of the local farmers – the true heroes of the land – that served as the driving force behind their mission.
As months turned into years, AeroGens garnered accolades and recognition from far and wide, from winning the Global Innovation Drive 3.0 by Startup Grind in Bhubaneswar to clinching the runner-up title at the "What an Idea Challenge" by DBEE in Mohali. Each victory served as a testament to their unwavering dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence.

And so, in March 2024, against all odds and with hearts full of hope, AeroGens was born in the bustling city of Mohali, Punjab – a beacon of innovation, a symbol of resilience, and a testament to the power of dreams.
But their journey is far from over – fueled by the same passion and determination that ignited their spark, AeroGens continues to soar to new heights, guided by a singular mission: to empower farmers, transform agriculture, and create a brighter, more sustainable future for all.
