I noticed on the latest aerofly 2021 update it said it had performance updates, using less ram and worse resolution on cockpit textures for lower devices, is it still laggy or has the FPS improved with this update?

What happens is that aerofly wants to add features such as pushback or ground services, as realistic as possible. Other simulators have it but it looks super unreal and of poor quality. It is better to wait for the ipacs team to finish working, quality is better than quantity ... Although multiplayer would be wonderful to be able to fly with your friends, it would make the game have much more marketing and would reach many thousands of users more .. Atc and global are not something that should be worked on in the medium term. Better new planes, new regions and multiplayer

Brother, I only consider aerofly and xplane simulators .. The others are entertaining games and you are right maybe they have other characteristics that being aerofly does not have. But they will never have realism, functional cockpits, being able to use ils, vor, mcdu, fmc systems, etc. Aerofly users are fortunate to have realistic and functional aircraft ...

Yes. On mobile X Plane is poor, poor and poor. Finally, for global, RFS is the best on mobile, so you see the level. And the most expensive, Infinite Flight is a shame, and their users like this, like to be crushed, wanna pay the outrageous price, they like this. Unbelievable.

I have just read that iPadOS14 is about to be rolled out. This will much better support game controllers, even the Xbox Elite Wireless with its additional paddles. It also allows button remapping. I can't imagine this works without the app supporting it. Will the new update for mobile be ready for that? That would be awesome!

Since controller button mapping unfortunately did not make it into the fabulous new update, can someone from or close to iPacs give me a hint if that's even on the mobile agenda? I admit it may only be interesting for a part of the mobile community, but for a simulator this is just a must-have.

hello everyone! Nice to meet all, I have 2 apps that I can use as a controller for pc, and physical joystick can be used to play flight games, sois it possible to incorporate a virtual joystick/yoke on mobile ( android and ios) as does rfs because using accelerometer is tricky and does not give the full experience of the simulator. Fps needs to be looked at for devices with less memory as mine performs poorly, definitely looking to get a more powerful device in the future. Thanks in advance

If you want the England and South Florida sceneries, then you need to copy the dlc_scenery_uk.tme and dlc_scenery_usa_south_fl.tme files from ''Android/data/com.aerofly.aeroflyfs2021/files'' to ''Android/data/com.aerofly.aeroflyfs2022/files''

Thank you very much .. I know one day you will add it to aerofly mobil ... I have faith in you .. I will always be faithful to you because I know that one day we will have our dream simulator .. With pushback, ground services, Mind adding ground services or would it be too complicated? We also expect multiplayer, when we have multiplayer it will be incredible .. Also Atc ... Thanks ipacs

Then I don't now i can run aerofly fs 2022 on max graphics and fps with a xiaomi poco x3 pro 11gb ram 8 internal gb ram and 3 digital gb ram and j can do full flights with start up and shut down without any problems the only time I had problems was when I had my 4gb phone It also crashed after engine shutdown and sometimes randomly in flight

(this is in Aerofly fs2022 mobile on iPhone 12 using ios 16) I also make sure to get rid of any apps running in the background before I start a flight, and turning my phone off and back on again before a flight.

Developers will release the PC version in nearly a month, and then release most of the updates in about two months. Because this is a PC version, subsequent version updates take a long time. It was already July. After releasing most of the updates, they will switch to mobile device updates, including buildings and city lights. Fortunately, mobile device players will be updated in October or November, and there seems to be enough time. Of course, it includes map development and aircraft production next year, but this is not the case. Because it is a developer across three platforms, each platform will have different problems and needs, so they have a long list and occasionally add new wishes, so I often repeat my questions. Yes, they didn't forget, because you didn't know your problem was pushed out

For those who pay for aerofly2022, you can obviously feel the difference from other platforms. If you don't want to win your own chance and don't try to ask about the development progress of open GL, the lighting problem will be left behind,

Last iOS update is from January 27th. On mobile, we have to wait the development of the new desktop version. The both worlds echoes to each other. Optimisations required on mobile reflect on desktop. Mobiles get powerful so desktop features can be included.

I hope IPACS will add the New York region to mobile in a future update or release. Honestly with Aerofly Fs 4 coming soon and new regions like Washington and Oregon coming. The Mobile version should really get New York since the PC version already has it.

I have bought an earlier xbox controller that only worked on my older ipad, but lucky for me it did work. However I have noticed that ios is rapidly catching up to this mobile controller demand and a new version is more likely to work than an older one maybe. It is only a matter of time before they will all work. Without support provided by aerofly it is trial and error.

On the PC i once bought an actual RC controller which worked on a PC for heli flying. It was pretty good but the in simulator frame rate drop was bad so i didnt use it much. Now I am 100% mobile, no PC at all.

The autotrim on mobile sends trim signals to the aircraft if you keep holding up elevator or down elevator. This reduces the need to keep holding the device tilted and makes it easier to control the aircraft. It's very helpful for aircraft with a wide speed spectrum where you need a lot of trim. Of course the fly by wire aircraft (A320, A380, F18,...) already do this on their own just like in the real world.

I got the new aerofly fs 2022 and its by far the best mobile flight simulator out there without a doubt. However I wanted to ask about 3D buildings and scenery. It seems that the scenery in the 2021 had a better resolution and it had a lot of 3D buildings. I cant find any 3D buildings aside from the airports. For example, London City in the 2021 version in my opinion had the best 3D buildings ever. I could fly under bridges and do crazy things. Now when I spawn there, not a single trace of a building has been left behind, except for the blurry scenery.

That's a limitation set by the hardware manufacturers and operating system developers like Apple and Google. Essentially they are trading big file sizes for higher speed. And because most files are very small and barely any files on mobile ever reach above a Gigabyte it is a fair optimization on their end.

hi will the us regions in aerofly fs 2023 still have 3d city buildings?. i know that we are getting much higher scenery resolution everywhere but i am still curious as to if at least the us regions will have 3d cities?

Yes, it has. The White House and Washington Monument will most likely be shown. IT will probebly look like San Francisco does in the mobile version. Instead of Sn Fransisco though, it will be Washington D.C.

Ios14 seems to allow wireless controller customisation in the setting menu? Can anyone confirm that XBOX ELITE WIRELESS or PS4 dualshock wireless can be customised with Aerofly FS2021 on the ipad please? Default settings are no good for helicopters. Don't want to buy one to find out it doesn't work. The elite looks pretty pricey right now. Keen for a mobile wireless controller to use with AFS2021 on the ipad.

Madpat, sorry didn't read your post properly. Are you saying that we can use the Xbox elite 2 wireless on the ipad and customise the controller in ios, and then use in the sim (even though you cannot customise within aerofly)? Seems you are comfirming this. Can the two sticks be customised for helis? Left, collective, Right stick cyclic and paddles for rudder?

EDIT. Yes I was thinking I would try ios13 first before I update. I am pretty sure that ios13 allows the use of wireless controllers. But after watching videos it seems that ios14 has introduced controller configuration, adjustment of settings (MFi was part of the reason for the ios14 upgrade for Apple mobile devices). e24fc04721
