Terms of Service for Aero Browser

Welcome to Aero Browser! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pearuell Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Aero Browser mobile application (the "App"). 

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Aero Browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Aero Browser is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Aero Browser is a mobile web browser application that provides internet surfing capabilities, file downloading, and local file management features. We provide the App for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use Aero Browser solely for lawful purposes. While using the App, you strictly agree   NOT  to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Engage in any activity that facilitates the distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

•  Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, disable, or interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its related security features.

4. No User-Generated Content Hosted by Us

Aero Browser acts strictly as a medium to access the internet and manage local files. We do not host, store, or monitor any User-Generated Content (UGC) on our servers. You are solely responsible for the websites you visit, the data you transfer, and the files you download or manage using the App. We do not endorse and assume no liability for any content accessed via the App.

5. Third-Party Services, Search Engines, and Advertisements

Aero Browser relies on and interacts with various third-party services and content. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these external sites and resources.

The App allows you to query third-party search engines, including but not limited to:

The App integrates third-party SDKs for essential functionalities, analytics, and advertising. 

This includes:

Advertisements

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Aero Browser App—including but not limited to its source code, design, user interface, logos, and graphics—are the exclusive property of Pearuell Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PEARUELL STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, 100% SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEARUELL STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the jurisdiction where Pearuell Studio is established.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
