This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Aerli, view advertisements, use the Game's privacy-choice features, or contact Mingos for support.
The current test release uses Unity Gaming Services Analytics to measure gameplay and test usage. It does not use an online player account or online leaderboard. The Game also uses Google AdMob with Google's official test advertisement unit and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices.
Aerli stores game progress, tutorial completion, and game preferences locally in the private storage area of your device. This information is not directly transmitted to Mingos.
Additionally, Aerli creates a size-limited technical diagnostics log in the app's private storage. It may contain timestamps, a randomly generated session identifier, event and severity labels, app version and platform, and brief gameplay or technical details, such as level or mode results and error type. The log is rotated as it grows and is not uploaded by Aerli's local diagnostics logger to Mingos or Unity. Device backup settings may include locally stored app data.
Locally stored Game data, including this diagnostics log, remains on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Mingos does not have direct access to those backups.
Aerli uses Unity Gaming Services Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies, to understand how the test build is used and to improve the Game. The service records automatically generated session and device context and a limited set of developer-defined gameplay events.
The recorded information may include:
an installation-specific identifier and session identifier;
IP address and general device, operating-system, language, app-version, and platform information;
session start, duration, and return activity;
level starts, completions, failures, progress, collisions, hints, undo actions, tutorial progress, Perfect Flight, and Speed Challenge results; and
test-banner requests, load outcomes, impressions, clicks, placement, and visible duration.
planned advertising opportunities and their format, such as banner, interstitial, or rewarded.
Developer-defined events do not contain names, email addresses, advertising IDs, free-form player text, or precise location. Test data is sent to the separate Unity Analytics `staging` environment.
Unity processes this information on behalf of Mingos to provide dashboards, event analysis, funnels, and service operation. More information is available in the Unity Privacy Policy and Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy .
Aerli uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to display one anchored test adaptive banner advertisement at the bottom of the level-selection screen. The banner is not displayed on the Home, Settings, gameplay, pause, tutorial, or result screens. The official Google test unit is not connected to the Mingos AdMob account and does not generate advertising revenue.
The current release does not use interstitial, rewarded, or app-open advertisements.
When the Google Mobile Ads SDK is used, Google may collect and process information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers;
device type, operating-system version, language, and app information;
information about ad requests, impressions, clicks, and other interactions with advertisements;
diagnostic, performance, and fraud-prevention information; and
consent status and advertising-preference information.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, limit ad frequency, detect and prevent fraud, diagnose problems, and operate Google's advertising services. Depending on your location, applicable law, and choices, Google may use relevant information to personalize advertisements. If personalized advertising is not permitted or you do not consent where consent is required, contextual or other permitted advertising may still be shown.
More information about Google's processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy , How Google uses information apps that use its services , and AdMob Privacy and Data Protection.
Where required by applicable law, Aerli presents Google's User Messaging Platform privacy message before requesting advertisements. UMP is used to collect and manage the relevant advertising choices.
Where the privacy-options entry point is available, you can review or change your advertising choices from the Privacy section of the Game settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn. Depending on your location and choices, some advertisements may still be shown where permitted by law.
Analytics collection is managed separately from advertising consent through Unity's Developer Data consent controls. Where consent is required, analytics collection must remain disabled until the required choice has been obtained. Advertising choices made through Google UMP do not automatically grant analytics consent.
If you contact Mingos by email, we may process your email address, name, message contents, attachments, and any technical information you voluntarily provide. This information is used only to answer your request, provide support, investigate technical problems, or protect the security and legal interests of the Game.
Support communications are not used for marketing. Email communications are handled using Google services and may be processed under the Google Privacy Policy.
Where the GDPR or similar legislation applies, information is processed on the following legal bases, as applicable:
your consent, where required for analytics, personalized advertising, and related choices;
legitimate interests in operating the Game, providing contextual advertising where permitted, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and responding to support requests; and
compliance with legal obligations.
Mingos does not sell or rent personal data.
Information may be transmitted directly to Unity through the Unity Analytics SDK to provide usage analytics and directly to Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and UMP to provide test advertising, measure advertising, manage consent, prevent fraud, and support technical functions.
Information provided in support communications may be processed by the email and hosting services used by Mingos. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, Mingos, or the Game.
To request deletion of Analytics data or personal information supplied directly to Mingos, email hello.mingoslab@gmail.com.
Locally stored Game data, including the diagnostics log, remains on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it.
Google retains advertising, consent, and related technical information according to its applicable privacy policies, account settings, retention practices, and legal obligations. Mingos retains support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations.
You can delete locally stored Game data by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling the Game. You can manage advertising and privacy choices through the Game's available Privacy options and Google's privacy controls. Unity retains Analytics data according to its applicable privacy policies, retention practices, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of Analytics data by contacting Mingos by emailing hello.mingoslab@gmail.com.
Aerli is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not designed for or directed to children under 13.
Mingos does not knowingly ask users to provide names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information through the Game. If you are below the age at which you can lawfully provide consent in your country, please use the Game only with the permission of a parent or guardian where required.
If Mingos learns that personal information has been supplied directly by a child through a support communication without the required permission, that information will be deleted. A parent or guardian may request deletion by contacting hello.mingoslab@gmail.com.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.
To make a request concerning information directly controlled by Mingos, email hello.mingoslab@gmail.com. Users in Italy may also contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Mingos uses reasonable measures to protect information received through support communications. Unity and Google apply their own security measures to the services they provide. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

See Google's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Aerli, its advertising services, or its data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new Last updated date.
Where required, users will receive an in-Game notice or be asked to provide new consent before additional processing begins.
