WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SAVE THE COMPASS LINK TO AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE PLACE, this way you can refer to it when needed before you depart and while abroad.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The AEP Compass is created by the Office of Study Away at Trinity College and contains Trinity specific study away requirements, policies, resources and tips. All AEP students must also adhere to their specific programs' (IFSA, Arcadia, CIEE, DIS, etc.) requirements, policies and deadlines.

APRIL 8th @ 12:00pm - STUDY AWAY WITHDRAW DEADLINE
DUE MAY 6th - AEP STUDY AWAY CONFIRMATION FORM (Do not complete until you have received your official acceptance)
DUE MAY 6th - COVID-19 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK WAIVER
DUE May 6th - PRE-DEPARTURE QUIZ *YOUR SPRING GRADES WILL BE HELD UNTIL COMPLETED*
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - Complete and submit the Study Away Credit Approval Form to the Registrar's Office
IF APPLICABLE - Financial Aid Study Away Agreement Form - If you receive Financial Aid, this form will be sent to you by the Financial Aid Office
