Due to the fluid nature of COVID-19 rules and regulations across the world, all students should refer directly to their programs' website and staff for the most accurate information.
All students studying studying away are required to submit proof of vaccine prior to your departure for their program. Students must have received the original vaccine dose plus booster (if applicable). There are no exceptions (medical, religious, etc).
Instructions for students who HAVE NOT uploaded vaccine information:
You MUST upload your vaccination information by following these steps:
Take a picture of your vaccination card showing a completed series
Go to the student health portal at Trinity.StudentHealthPortal.com
Use your Trinity College credentials to sign into the portal
Select “My Forms” from the banner at top of page
Select the option, “COVID Vaccine Card”
Choose the “Upload” box and upload an image of your vaccination card
Health Center staff will contact you if there are any questions about your vaccination status. If you cannot upload the image of your vaccine card (step 6), please send the picture of your vaccine card directly to healthcenter@trincoll.edu.
As part of the study away process, all study away students are REQUIRED to sign the COVID-19 Participation Agreement and Acknowledgment of Risk form. Please sign and send back the attached waiver to studyaway@trincoll.edu no later than December 5th, 2022. If we do not have your signed waiver by December 5th, 2022, you will no longer be approved to study away. Your program has been notified of this and will rescind your acceptance if we have not received a signed form.
