Cutting Oils

BIOKOOL Is a versatile water soluble cutting oil suitable for lubricating and cooling a wide range of metal cutting and grinding operations. It has outstanding emulsion stability, corrosion inhibiting properties, and readily mixes with water. It affords efficient, economical cooling and lubrication and provides excellent rust and protection to both tools and machine metal parts. These emulsions are low foaming and hard water tolerant.

BIOKOOL is recommended for milling, turning, drilling, wire drawing, roll forming, stamping, blank washing and other metal working operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals where emulsifiable oils are preferred.

STRYLUBE Series are clear, chlorine-free, general-purpose extreme pressure neat cutting oil. It was developed as a non-corrosive and non-staining light-duty neat cutting oil for machining aluminum, copper, brass, magnesium, and other soft, non-ferrous metals. It is also engineered for medium and heavy duty applications ferrous metals and its alloys.

It cools threads, pipes, and dies (for longer life) during operation.It provides fast metal removal,improve thread quality, and reduces threading torque. It was developed as a non-corrosive and non-staining, light / medium / heavy duty threading oil (check the variants) for machining aluminum, brass, bronze, mild steel, hard steel, heat-resisting steel, alloyed steel, and stainless steel.
