1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an AEM FITNESS APP account or using our AI fitness transformation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AEM FITNESS APP. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. AI Fitness Services
AEM FITNESS APP provides personalised fitness guidance powered by artificial intelligence. Plans, recommendations, and progress insights are informational tools — not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have health conditions.
5. Health & Safety
Train within your limits. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use AEM FITNESS APP at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or outcomes resulting from how you apply recommendations in the app.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, share harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid plan. iOS payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Pricing and duration are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before the current period ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Apple or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
AEM FITNESS APP branding, software, AI models, content, and design are owned by AEM FITNESS APP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product. We will aim to notify you of material changes when reasonably possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEM FITNESS APP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or create risk for other users or the platform.
