Education Background

University Story

My educational background had an extremely strong impact on my development and business mind, and consequently influenced my decision at southern cross University in Sydney.

 I vividly remember, in the first lecture, the course was extremely difficult. To top it off, I had to work full-time as a bartender and earn tuition fees, and pay the rent which was extremely overwhelming.

However, what I learned at Uni was completely different than I have imagined. Many courses required a large project every semester. I and my classmates worked in teams to make an essay and make a business presentation. we needed to collaborate frequently and accommodate each other. I had to compromise for various decisions and learned a lot about working in interdisciplinary teams as a lot of the students in the classes were from different countries and backgrounds. This helped me throughout my career, where I have worked hospitality, marketing and education industries.

If you work really hard, miracles happen. In the third year, I was the top student in the Entrepreneurship Business class and then the next year, I was the winner of the best intern in 2017.
