Appointment Policy & Notary Disclosure

• A 10-minute grace period is provided at the start of each appointment.
• If the appointment cannot proceed within that time, it will be canceled.
• Clients must know their document requirements before the appointment.
• I cannot determine, select, or advise what type of notarization is needed (for example: an acknowledgment, jurat, oath, affidavit, or other notarial act). Clients must know the required notarization before the appointment.
• If the required notarization is unknown, the appointment must be rescheduled until the correct information is obtained.
• Clients are responsible for selecting and confirming the correct notarization requirements. Incorrect selections made by the client may result in delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or incomplete appointments.
• I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or instruction regarding documents.

Vital Records

Birth certificates and other vital records are not notarized and must be obtained through the appropriate government office.
