Elevating Transfer Vehicles (ETV)
High-bay rail‑mounted vehicles that automatically store and retrieve air cargo pallets and ULDs. They operate with an integrated Inventory Control System, offering fully automated, semi‑automated, or manual modes. Built for 10–20 ft roller decks and operator cabins, ETVs bridge cargo warehouses and airside with high efficiency.
Transfer Vehicles (TV)
Rail‑mounted prime movers that transport ULDs horizontally across a single level. They integrate with roller conveyors for smooth loading and unloading, available in maintenance, semi‑auto, and fully‑auto variants. Some models can carry two containers at once.
Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
Computer-controlled systems using cranes, conveyors, and software to manage pallets and ULDs. One‑ or two‑mast designs support single, double, or multi‑deep storage, with dual machines per aisle for high throughput and redundancy. They minimize manual labor and optimize space.
Conveyors and Portals
Integrated conveyor belts, roller decks, and portal scanners that measure volume, weight, and appearance during continuous cargo transport. Modular and easy to install in new or existing setups, they include barcode or RFID scanning linked to material flow control.
Workstations & Truck Docks
Lowerable workstations: Scissor‑lift platforms with roller decks and weighing scales (±5 kg accuracy) for building and breaking down ULDs.
Stationary workstations: Fixed platforms with drive-over handling and ergonomic controls for main-deck ULD build-up.
Truck docks: Rail-mounted tandem scissors lifts with roller decks and scales, adjustable to truck height. Can connect directly to warehouse infrastructure.
Goods & ULD Lifts
Lift systems that move ULDs and pallets vertically between warehouse levels—no pit required. They unlock additional storage by creating a new floor level and maximize warehouse volume.
Conveyors & Roller Decks
Mechanized systems for moving unit loads—packed or unpacked—in multiple shapes and sizes. Options include belt, roller, overhead, pneumatic, and sorter conveyors that offer low-noise, long-life performance.Â
Roller Deck Modules
Frames with motor-driven rollers that facilitate ergonomic, two-way movement of ULDs. Can be integrated with scissor lifts and equipped with safety stops or scales.
Goods Lifts & Truck Docks
Goods lifts allow vertical goods movement without major construction. Truck docks use hydraulic scissors and rail vehicles for adjustable unloading of varying truck heights, with onboard scales.Â
Sorters
Advanced sortation lines for high-speed, accurate routing of items in industries such as e-commerce and logistics. Sorters optimize warehouse throughput by directing cargo to the correct outbound paths.
