About us...

Adventures in Montessori was founded in 2017 by Tannia Fajardo.  After working in a variety of child-care settings over the previous 15 years, it became Tannia's dream to open a day-care facility of her own.  She found the perfect location in the North Park community and opened Adventures in Montessori at her home on Howard Ave.   North Park has been consistently full with a wait-list since inception.  

In 2022, another opportunity presented itself in Ocean Beach.  She purchased a play-based child-care center, with the hopes of transitioning it into a bi-lingual Montessori school as well.

Tannia is married with a daughter, Andrea, 21 years-old, and son, Oliver, 2 years old.
