Great venue, lovely high tea, good value for money. A perfect afternoon overlooking the Swan River!

Note: Tranby House was one of the first farms in the Swan River Colony, on the Maylands Peninsula. Tranby House is a National Trust building and the earliest residence still standing in Perth.
