Limited accommodation may be arranged for selected participants at MSE Hostels:

• Non-AC rooms

• Approximate cost: Rs. 400 per night

Registration Process

1. Transfer the registration fee to the above account.

2. Save the payment receipt / transaction slip.

3. Fill out the Google Registration Form.

4. Upload the payment proof in the designated section of the form.
   
   

Important Note

• Registration is complete only after payment and form submission.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• We  have applied for grants  from NBHM and ANRF If approved, we  will reimburse  some part of the travel expenses. We request you to keep all the travel bills and make bookings directly from IRCTC website or Balmer and Lawrie. Generally buying tickets from these sites are mandatory to get refunds from Govt funded project.

• Certificate of participation will be provided on demand  (on IIT-Kanpur letter head).
