Sarika S. Simpson is a strategic advocate for equity-centered change who believes that sharing our stories is essential to impacting policy, refining our practices, and owning our power. A first-generation college graduate and doctoral student in Educational Leadership, Sarika brings classroom teaching, district turnaround experience, and service as a senior leader in EdTech and Non-Profit to her work. She has led the transformation of three underperforming organizations across three states, launched service offerings that generated over $10M in revenue, designed implementation playbooks, quality assurance frameworks, and coaching protocols that support instructional improvement.
Sarika is a dynamic community leader whose narrative approach catalyzes change. By harnessing the impact of personal and community storytelling, she brings attention to critical barriers, fosters trust, and mobilizes stakeholders toward collaborative action. Sarika has spearheaded initiatives that have raised over $40,000 in scholarships for underrepresented students. Her commitment to social justice is evident in her completion of the Innovation for Equity Senior Leadership Fellowship, her membership in Education Leaders of Color, and her service as a former Board Member for Wellness4Educators.
