About the Session
Join us for an inspiring presentation from HPC visionary Satoshi Matsuoka, Director of RIKEN's Center for Computational Science. He will share his unique vision for how high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI), and quantum computing will no longer be siloed disciplines but will converge to fundamentally transform scientific discovery. Drawing on his experience leading the development of the world's fastest supercomputers, including Fugaku and the TSUBAME series, Dr. Matsuoka will discuss the opportunities and challenges of this convergence, from hybrid AI/HPC workflows to quantum-HPC integration, and what this means for accelerating scientific breakthroughs in the next decade.
