Welcome to our transformative Boot Camp. Ā Summer Holidays is about seizing the opportunity to learn hands-on life skills and experiences that pave the way for a fulfilling future. Ā We call it as Advanced Boot Camp - The Summer Camp. Read it till end to understand how it can contribute to your child.
Where is it located?
Active Discovery Campus, Kowkuntla, Tangedpally Road, Chevella, Hyderabad. Only on pre-scheduled & appointed visits.
100% Vegetarian food only
Three meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
One healthy snack every day
Freshly prepared, hygienic, and child-friendly food
Drinking water is safe & filtered

Children are supervised at all times by trained mentors and coordinators.
Separate age-appropriate activity groups are maintained.

Tools and materials are used under strict guidance.
Yes, the camp is residential.
Safe and clean accommodation is provided.

Travel for village visits is organised and supervised by the camp team.
Safe and reliable transport is arranged.
Learners are accompanied by mentors at all times.
Village visits are strictly for educational and learning purposes.
The camp is conducted at Active Discovery Campus.
The campus is located in a safe, peaceful, learning-friendly environment.
Cancellation requests must be made before the camp start date.
Refund eligibility depends on the notice period:
Early cancellation: A partial refund may be provided.
Last-minute cancellation / No-show: No refund.
Fees are non-transferable once the camp begins.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7ā10 working days.

5:45 am to 8:45 am Farming Class
8:45 am to 10 am: Fresh up and Breakfast: Indian Tiffin/Bread, Jam & Choco spread
10 am to 11:30 am Cottage Industry Workshop
11:30 am Salad TimeĀ
11:45 am to 1 pm Cottage Industry Workshop
1 pm to 3 pm Lunch and Resting Time
3 pm to 5:30 pm STEM Activities
5:30 pm to 6 pm Snacks: Boiled Ground nuts/Corn/Bajji/Badam Milk
6 pm to 7 pm: Review and Life SkillsĀ
7 pm to 8 pm Playtime and Fresh Up
8 pm Dinner, Music, and Bonfire.Ā
9 pm: Off to the DormitoryĀ
Pick Up Time: 4 pm onwards Friday.
Summer/Rehydration/Safety
After 8am till 4pm no outdoor activities. It shall be in shade/Lab. 9am to 10am & 1 to 3pm in Dormitory AC.Ā
Proper Rehydration with water, salads, Ice cream & Fruits shall be provided timey. Access to chilled water is available with Water Refrigerator &Ā Pots.
Based on temperature the reschedulingĀ of class shall be done. Children well being first. Ā
Why Cost of the ABC - Summer Camp is high?
Summer Camp Costing
Infrastructure Cost for dorms, Labs, many other facilities involved is highest cost involved. The repayment back to Banks borrowed for infra. 12000sqft.Ā
Staff: Over 14 Staff have to work round the clock for class staff, Kitchen, Washrooms and Cleaning Staff, Marketing staff, Food Procurement staff, Curriculum Development staff, Sales staff and Security staff. Salary and Food has to be taken care of.Ā
Consumables Raw Material cost of 15 Products manufacturing, for Farming Workshop and STEM Activities and required stationery.Ā
Food Material Purchase and Delivery.
AC rooms, Generator and other Water Maintain works to be in working condition require special focus.Ā
Operational cost: Floor Cleaners, hand wash, dish wash, washroom wash liquids etc. Cooking Gas, Diesel for generator.Ā
Marketing and Sales Cost: The digital cost of Instagram and Facebook have increased. The art department team etc.Ā
Campus Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Cost
New Courses Development Cost New Teaching Techniques, New Technology, Material Research etc is highly cost intense.Ā
One Day Cost has to include all these aspects of costing and be a motivating profitable business for the opportunity.

The following rules are designed to ensure safety, discipline, respect, and a positive learning environment for all participants at Active Discovery Campus.
Learners must respect mentors, staff, fellow campers, and local community members.
Polite language and good behavior are expected at all times.
Bullying, teasing, physical aggression, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Learners must follow instructions given by mentors during activities, travel, and stay.
All learners are expected to attend and participate in all activities.
Punctuality must be maintained for sessions, meals, and group activities.
Learners should not leave the group or campus area without permission.
Active participation and teamwork are encouraged.
Safety instructions must be followed while using tools, equipment, or materials.
Protective gear (if provided) must be used properly.
Running, pushing, or unsafe behavior during activities is not allowed.
Any injury, discomfort, or concern must be reported immediately to the mentor.
Learners are not allowed to bring:
Mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets (unless specifically permitted)
Sharp objects, harmful materials, or medicines without prior notice
Expensive items or valuables
Junk food, soft drinks, or packaged snacks
š The camp will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal valuables.
The camp encourages screen-free learning.
If phones are brought, they may be collected and returned at designated times.
Parents can contact the camp team anytime for updates or emergencies.
Learners must follow lights-off and wake-up timings.
Boys and girls have separate accommodation.
Rooms must be kept clean and tidy.
Respect for personal space and belongings is mandatory.
Learners must stay with the group during travel and village visits.
No interaction without mentor supervision.
Respect local culture, people, and surroundings.
Follow all safety instructions during travel and outdoor activities.
Only camp-provided vegetarian food should be consumed.
Sharing food without permission is discouraged.
Learners must maintain personal hygiene.
Any food allergy or health issue must be informed in advance.
Curiosity, creativity, and learning attitude are encouraged.
Mistakes are part of learning; learners should not fear failure.
Learners are expected to treat nature, tools, and resources responsibly.
Sustainability and cleanliness must be practiced throughout the camp.
In case of repeated rule violations:
Parents will be informed.
The learner may be removed from specific activities.
In serious cases, the learner may be sent back at parentsā responsibility.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
By registering for the camp, parents agree that:
Their child will follow the camp rules and code of conduct.
The camp team may take necessary decisions for safety and discipline.
The learning environment prioritizes group well-being over individual preferences.
