  • Collected Data: The App allows you to manage device sms data, use it as default sms application, managing sms, display conversations, chats & scheduled messages. All chat and conversations related data, including contact name, mobile numbers, conversation details, messages, blocked numbers, and other related details, are stored locally on your device and not shared with third parties.

  • App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized app usage data, such as which features are used and how often, to improve the App. This data is collected through third-party services like Firebase Analytics and does not personally identify you.

  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, such as hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This data helps improve the performance and compatibility of the App.


2.Data Storage and Security

All data related to messages and contacts is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized.

We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

The App itself does not use cookies, but third-party services like Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized information. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights

In order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA, and if you are a California resident, You can email or call us or visit our "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" section or web page.

The Company will disclose and deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonable necessary and with prior notice.

  • The app allows users to call a contact directly from the message details screen.

  • It helps check if the device is currently on a call.

Where It Is Used:

  • When a user taps a contact’s number and chooses to make a call.

Why We Need It:

  • The app may need an internet connection for:

    • Downloading updates.

    • Displaying ads (if applicable).

7. Wake Lock

Permission Used:
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK

Why We Need It:

  • This keeps the device awake for a short time when a message arrives.

  • Ensures that notifications appear even if the screen is off.

Where It Is Used:

  • When an SMS is received, the app temporarily wakes the device to show a notification.


8. Boot Completed

Permission Used:
android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Why We Need It:

  • This permission lets the app detect when the phone restarts.

  • Used to reschedule any pending scheduled SMS messages after a reboot.

Where It Is Used:

  • When the device is restarted, the app ensures that scheduled messages are still set to be sent.


9. System Alert Window (Floating Window)

Permission Used:
android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

Why We Need It:

  • Allows the app to display floating windows over other apps.

  • Used for the "After Call Screen" feature, which shows a quick message or call option after ending a call.

Where It Is Used:

  • After ending a call, the app can show a floating window with messaging or call-back options.


10. Querying Other Apps (WhatsApp Detection)

Why We Need It:

  • This lets the app check if WhatsApp is installed on the device.

  • Allows the app to detect WhatsApp numbers and provide an option to call or message using WhatsApp.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
