If your book purchase didn’t unlock immediately:
Fully close the app
Reopen it and tap Restore Purchases on the book screen
Ensure you’re connected to the internet
Ensure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase
If the issue continues, contact support with your Apple purchase receipt.
Try:
Restarting the app
Restarting your device
Ensuring you have the latest version of Adult Sudoku
If it persists, reach out and include details about your device model and iOS version.
This can happen if the app was recently reinstalled.
Tap Restore Purchases on the book page to regain access.
