[2022 Oct] Dr. Myung-Jae Lee serves on a dissertation committee of Canxing Piao, a doctoral candidate at Sungkyunkwan University. His doctoral dissertation is on the topic of "Design of Energy Efficient Time-of-Flight CMOS Image Sensors".

[2022 Sep] Dr. Myung-Jae Lee serves on a thesis committee of Yu Hu, a master's candidate at Ewha Womans University. Her master's thesis is on CMOS optoelectronic transimpedance amplifiers with on-chip APDs for LiDAR sensors.

[2022 Sep] Dr. Myung-Jae Lee serves on a thesis committee of Byeongwook Ahn, a master's candidate at Yonsei University. His master's thesis is on analysis and design of SPAD silicon photomultiplier for time-of-flight sensor.

[2022 Aug] A paper titled "An Optoelectronic Transimpedance Amplifier in 180-nm CMOS for Short-range LiDAR Sensors" is published in Journal of Semiconductor Technology and Science. Dr. Myung-Jae Lee is a co-author of the paper.

[2021 Oct] Dr. Myung-Jae Lee serves on a dissertation committee of Siam Uddin, a doctoral candidate at the University of Science and Technology (UST). His doctoral dissertation is on ultrafast optical devices based on directly synthesized and 3-dimensionally conformal graphene.

[2021 Sep] A paper titled “Engineering Breakdown Probability Profile for PDP and DCR Optimization in a SPAD Fabricated in a Standard 55nm BCD Process” is accepted to IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics (JSTQE). Dr. Myung-Jae Lee is the co-corresponding author of the paper.
