PrimeUtility Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the AdsBox mobile application (“AdsBox” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.

Reward and transaction information, such as eligible ad views, reward-box activity, coupons, purchases, and withdrawal requests;

Information required for a purchase or withdrawal may also be processed by the relevant payment provider.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate AdsBox, manage accounts, deliver rewarded-ad opportunities, administer rewards and coupons, process eligible transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, and understand and improve App performance.

3. Adjust and Firebase

Adjust: We use Adjust to measure app installs, understand how users arrive at AdsBox, and analyze relevant in-app events. Depending on our SDK configuration and your device settings, Adjust may process app events and device or advertising identifiers for attribution and measurement.

Firebase: We use Google Firebase to support and analyze the App. Depending on the Firebase services enabled in AdsBox, Firebase may process app identifiers, usage events, technical information, and diagnostic data.

4. Advertising and Service Providers

AdsBox displays rewarded advertisements. Providers involved in delivering ads, operating the App, processing transactions, or providing analytics may process information necessary for those services. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate AdsBox, maintain reward and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and its purpose.

7. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To request deletion of your AdsBox account and associated data, email pakbadshah1@gmail.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify your account and verify your request.

We may need to retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, disputes, or outstanding transactions.
