Arrohattoc District Roundtable

What is the roundtable meeting?

Roundtable is a monthly program offered by districts that gives leaders hands-on experience and provides a forum for leaders to offer and receive help from their fellow Scouters. Roundtable is a form of supplemental training for volunteers.

The objective of Roundtable is to give leaders program ideas, information on upcoming events and training, and an opportunity to share experiences and enjoy fun and fellowship with other Scouting leaders.

As a result of the roundtable experience, unit leaders will be inspired, motivated, informed, and able to provide a stronger program for their Scouts.

Attendance is highly recommended for all the leaders in packs and troops (Key 3, pack and troop committee members, CMs, ACMs, DLs, ADLs, ACMs, ASMs, ...), and attendance to a number of these meetings is a requisite for some of the Adult Leader Awards.  Do you want to know which award? Do you want to know what DLs, ADLs, ACMs, ASMs, etc. stand for? Do yo want to know when is the next training or how to solve a challenge in your unit? Attend to these meetings to find the answers to these questions, enhance your scouting network and more.
