I am an economist with a focus on public economics. I study the distributional effects of fiscal and social policies. I obtained my PhD at the University of Vigo.

Currently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alcalá. I am also a member of the EQUALITAS and WEIPO research groups.

I have previously worked at the Fiscal Policy Analysis unit of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre and at the Spanish Institute for Fiscal Studies. I have also served as a consultant for the World Bank.
