Tin Pan Alley

This show celebrates the popular songs of the first half of the 20th century that came out of the famous song writing street in New York known as ‘Tin Pan Alley’. The show traces it from its first multi-million copy hit in 1892 to it’s decline by the Rock and Roll era. Songs include ‘Somebody Stole my Gal, ‘Blue Moon,’ ‘Moon River’ ‘Blue Skies,’ ‘The Charleston’ and ‘The Ballad of Davy Crocket.’ Nine Instruments are used in the show.
