Clock overlays that pop up every 30 minutes past system boot to give you a rough estimate of how long you have been playing.
Focus Mode( Similar to iOS) to establish restrictions on consoles when it gets to a certain time or other tasks need to be done.
Time Reminders that pop up are similar to the trophy and achievement systems within Xbox and PlayStation. These reminders let players know how much time has passed and that they should get up and take a mental/physical break.
