Managing Director’s Authority & Company Rules
As Managing Director of Concepts Travel Pvt Ltd, Adnan Sajjad holds the highest level of executive authority within the company. The following rules and powers are vested in the Managing Director to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective company operations:
1. Decision-Making Power:
Adnan Sajjad holds the final decision-making authority on all critical business decisions, including financial, operational, and strategic matters.
The Managing Director has the right to approve or reject any proposal, agreement, or service contract initiated by any director or employee.
2. Financial Control:
The Managing Director has full authority over all company finances, including budgeting, allocation of funds, financial forecasting, and approval of any expenditures exceeding a defined threshold.
Adnan Sajjad can directly authorize all financial transactions, including investments, payments, or distributions.
3. Contract & Legal Authority:
No director or employee may enter into, sign, or initiate any contractual agreement or legal document on behalf of the company without prior approval from the Managing Director.
The Managing Director has the exclusive power to represent the company in any legal or contractual negotiations, including with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
4. Hiring and Termination:
Adnan Sajjad has the sole authority to make decisions regarding the hiring, termination, or reassignment of any employees or directors.
The Managing Director may delegate hiring responsibilities for specific positions but retains the final approval on all significant appointments.
5. Operational Oversight:
The Managing Director will oversee all daily operations of the company, ensuring that business objectives are met and compliance with company policies is maintained.

6. Communication & Reporting:
All official communications with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and the public must be approved by the Managing Director before release.

7. Conflict Resolution:
In cases of disputes or conflicts, the Managing Director will have the final say in resolving issues between directors, employees, or external parties.
Adnan Sajjad may appoint mediators or take direct action as needed to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
8. Compliance with Company Policies:
All directors and employees are expected to comply with company policies, including ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professional behavior, as outlined in the company’s Employee Handbook.

9. Delegation of Authority:
