The Local Health Department Manager's Association (LHDMA) of Indiana is an informal group comprised of local health department administrators and managers who work together to identify problems, proactive solutions, and best practices in the area of overall public health service delivery. This group contributed time, feedback, information, and numerous documents to assist with the creation of this toolkit.
