Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (“EULA”), AdmitOdds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AdmitOdds software and services (“Service”) for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology.
You agree that you will not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Use the Service to build a competing product or service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
Notifying AdmitOdds immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel anytime via your account settings
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a refund policy
Pricing may change with prior notice
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and features, is owned by AdmitOdds and protected by intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by AdmitOdds.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including essays, academic data, and profile information.
By submitting content, you grant AdmitOdds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Use, process, and analyze your content
Improve and operate the Service
Generate insights and recommendations
7. AI-Generated Outputs Disclaimer
The Service includes AI-powered features such as admission probability estimates, essay feedback, and recommendations.
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs are predictive and informational only
They do not guarantee admission outcomes
They should not replace professional academic counseling or decision-making
AdmitOdds is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
This license is effective until terminated.
AdmitOdds may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this EULA or for any operational reason.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Service immediately ends
Certain provisions (ownership, liability, disclaimers) will survive termination
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
AdmitOdds makes no warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdmitOdds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to This Agreement
AdmitOdds reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
