About Me

Hi! I'm Alex.  I've always been drawn to all things metal; in my younger years I was obsessed with knights and fantasy realms, sci-fi/steampunk, and as I aged I started to play around with blacksmithing and welding.  I eventually went on to complete the Welding trade program at Madison College.  I see myself as both a carpenter and metal artist/welder, dividing my work pretty evenly between all things carpentry, and all things metal.  It's a fun collection of skills!

When I'm not shooting sparks or swinging a hammer I can be found rock climbing either at my local gym or local state parks, spending time with my dog, or getting ready for my next climbing trip!
