PRE-ADMET WORKSHOP/EVENT

Expo (March 07): An industrial exhibition named as Air-Expo will be organized as Pre-AdMet 2024 event on March 07. All industries, manufacturers (national, international), dealers, etc. are invited to showcase their products, recent technologies used for air quality and emission measurements or in related areas, field and topics. For this event, two stalls are to be booked by one individual participant's company/industry/manufacturer, etc. (Rs. 60,000 x 2 = 1,20,000). For registration, please see "Stall Charges" in this brochure. The stall can be kept open until the conference period, i.e. March 09th for visiting all delegates of the conference. In addition to this, a company presentation time from each participant's company/industry/manufacturer, etc. will be given on March 8th Stakeholders from academia, all state pollution control boards, air monitoring agencies and industries are being invited to visit and participate in the Expo.

TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

There will be an exhibition during the conference. The technical exhibition includes state of art in metrology, nanotechnology and conference related instruments and system etc. This exhibition will provide an opportunity for the industries to exhibit their products to the scientific and metrology community.

Each stall will be of 3 m x 3 m size with required lighting and furniture facilities. The exhibition will have maximum of 20 stalls which will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Exhibitors are entitled to a 25% discount on additional registration for their employees in addition to one free delegate registration.

STALL CHARGES

Discounted up to 15th Feb 2024 - Rs. 60,000/- 

Regular after 15th Feb 2024 -   Rs. 75,000/-

Note :

1.   Each stall will be of 3m x 3m size (above charges are for each stall with 2 delegate's registration free).

2.   Security will be provided through CCTV camera and guards in the exhibition sight at night.

3.   Two chairs, 1 Table and one electricity connection with one extension board will be provided.

  4.         The list of the sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers will be displayed on AdMet-2024 and MSI websites for one year.

5.   GST will be extra for Stall, Sponsorship, Advertisements and Registration charges.
