Koch-Buch ("Cook Book")
Viennese cookbook, originally published in 1748 by Leopold Kaliwoda; this is the 1759 edition.
Deteriorated leather binding, but all pages intact, lightly foxed.
The volume includes 520 recipes and a historically-interesting four-page privilege granted by Empress Maria Theresa from 1759.

Three Volumes. Blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Boards and extremities rubbed. Head and tail of spine creased. Boards warped on Volume I. Dust jackets on all volumes faded, soiled and rubbed with chips and tears.
