Aditya is a psychologist, researcher, storyteller, and the founder of Manati XR, India’s first VR-based mental health therapy platform. He is also the creator of Little Heals 🌱 — a safe space for people to open up, share their stories, and discover how even the little things in life can be therapy.
Aditya lost his parents at a young age and grew up without a family photo to cherish. His journey has been full of setbacks — failed exams, failed ventures, and even failed dreams. From YouTube to filmmaking, from academics to writing, he faced rejection at every step. Diagnosed with depression and with no money for therapy, he made a life-changing decision — to become the help he always needed.
He pursued his Master’s in Psychology, specialized in behavioral science, and cracked UGC NET JRF twice (AIR 263 & 174) and GATE twice (AIR 189 & 76). After working briefly as an Assistant Professor, he chose to leave academia and research to build something bigger — a platform that could make therapy accessible, engaging, and transformative.
This vision led to the creation of Manati XR, India’s first VR therapy solution. Combining psychology, technology, and art, Manati designs immersive therapeutic experiences. With over 10,000+ people helped, free counseling services, and global recognition (TGS 100 Global Startups, GITEX Asia Singapore), Aditya turned personal pain into a collective journey of healing.
Aditya believes that healing doesn’t always come from medicines or clinics — sometimes, it comes from conversations, stories, music, or even a virtual world that brings peace. His mission is to make mental health accessible and stigma-free, where therapy feels as natural as having chai with a friend.
Healing isn’t just found in therapy rooms — it’s hidden in conversations, stories, and even the smallest moments of life.
