Hello, I’m Anh-Dao “AD” Tran-Lagado, creator of AD Hoops.

Basketball has been one of the greatest gifts on my journey. It’s so much more than a game to me. Through it, God has taught, connected, and grounded me in my purpose. Through the triumphs and the challenges, the gains and the setbacks, basketball has introduced me to incredible people who have influenced me far beyond the court.

Fundamentally grounded in gratitude and proudly being a lifelong learner, I aim to always evolve by continuously learning and growing from others so that I can be the best version of myself. Through AD Hoops, I feel a deep responsibility to give back what the game has given me: faith (in God, myself, and others), opportunity, community, and love.

I truly believe people are our greatest assets. If I can inspire even one person by leading with authenticity and love in what I do, then I know I’m living out my purpose.  I sincerely hope my pursuit of what sets my heart and soul on fire encourages others to pursue a life they have always imagined.
